• FASD NorCal is currently working on getting FASD listed among the examples of conditions unde the Special Education category of "Other Health Impaired".
• Nationally, a bill has just been introduced to fund FASD at the national level.  It is called the RESPECT Act, is sponsored by Murkowski among others.  Here's a link to the update:
